2.2 Eligibility
You must ensure you are legally permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 User Responsibilities
By using Kartexa, you agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to impersonate another person
- Not to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
- Not to misuse AI features
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform
2.4 AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided as an assistance tool only. You are solely responsible for verifying:
- Accuracy
- Grammar
- Dates
- Employment history
- Skills
- Certifications
- Any claims made in your resume
2.5 Account Suspension
The administrator may, at their discretion:
- Approve accounts
- Reject accounts
- Hold accounts for review
- Delete accounts
- Suspend accounts
- Restore accounts
By default, newly registered accounts are automatically approved unless flagged for review.
2.6 Intellectual Property
All software, templates, branding, designs and platform features remain the property of Kartexa.
You retain ownership of the resume content you create.
2.7 Service Availability
The platform may undergo maintenance or updates. Temporary interruptions may occur.
2.8 Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kartexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
